Brief transactions of Project Maldives in Thailand

Number 1. Vicharn Group as a consultant and real estate developer

1.)It is a large plot of land allocation project that has been brought together and consigned land for sale, approximately 3,000,000 rai or 1,185,770 acre  land in 47 provinces of Thailand. 

2.)Vicharn Group would like to invite investors to invest in buying, renting, leasing land and build 60 businesses in the Maldives Project (A1-A7) on land close to the sea or fresh water or on a Private Island in the project (as indicated as item 1) or outside the project in Laos, Singapore, Malaysia.

3.) Project A1 is the Luxury Hotel in Maldives Styles and Project A2 is the Luxury Retirement Home.  Vicharn Group would like to invite Foreign Investors only to invest in buying land and building.

4.) Land for rent as a tourist attraction, Water Park (A3) and 10 types of water sports equipment.

5.) The remaining land or has not yet been purchased. It will be divided into Agricultural Land Project (A7) and to allow investors to rent land to become farming partners with farmers.

6.) Organize events to celebrate Thai and foreign traditional events or festivals. To be a tourist attraction

7.) Vicharn Group is the designer and organizer of utilities. Take care of central services with a computer program management system,  to the satisfaction of investors Tourists and customers

 

Number  2. As Vicharn Group who has experience in construction, care and maintenance of dams, and maintain water volume with earthquake prevention for large dams of the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand and the Royal Irrigation Department for about 40 years

Vicharn Group accepts design and construction.

1.)A Private Island on land, on a mountain, on a hill, or on an island in the sea.

2.) Underwater Shelter Aquarium Room, to protect against atomic radiation .The Aquarium  room is located under the house, that is a Maldives-Style accommodation on a private island on the mainland.
