2.) Summary of Trinity Software V.1 Construction Program: This software is designed for use in and outside of MIT (Maldives in Thailand)  projects.

Developed over 30 years ago from a system originating from the Chrysler Thailand service and dealership for Cherokee automobiles, this program has been continuously developed and improved. It now manages construction projects, contracting, and various construction, renovation, and repair services. Version 9.9.9.9 G (M) is for planning construction work requiring machinery and personnel, while version 9G is for SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises). The SUN Academy (TSA) has developed and installed this system for numerous users over the past 30 years.

General features include:

1. Management of construction, renovation, repair, and contracting projects.

2. Management of construction, contracting, installation, and construction of factories, buildings, condominiums, housing estates, real estate development projects, and general contracting work.

3. The construction system includes a standardization process for project results. This will have a positive impact on lending to financial institutions and pave the way for the organization to enter the stock market, while also ensuring the security of a family-run management system.

4. There are core systems for tracking: 1.) Construction work or progress in each construction line, or the results of contracting work by contractors; 2.) Accounting and finance; 3.) Warehouse management; 4.) Purchasing; 5.) Sales, marketing, customer relations, or central administration.

5. There are secondary systems for: 1.) Showroom and project sales; 2.) Urgent sales (using a scanner); 3.) Requesting payments from contracting organizations or small investors.

6. For work order management, including material specifications, construction items, cost control, expense calculation, contractor/skill assessment and timelines, problems, and special construction characteristics.

7. For accounting and finance, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, checks received and issued, income and expenses linked to the budget, and tax accounting.

7. Calculation of expenses for work orders or construction contractor contracts.

8. Supplemental system for generating special documents such as special financial documents, English-language letters, meeting regulations, BOQ/BOM calculations.

9. Supplemental system for calculating expenses, working time, wages, and scoring the performance of technicians or contractors for each job when opening a new job or work order.

10. Supplemental system for printing barcodes for employee ID cards, customer ID cards, product stickers, and envelope addresses.

11. Supplemental system for 1.) 7-day advance reminders (pop-up menu) for accounting and finance tasks and for management; 2.) Reminders for warehouse, sales, and customer relations tasks.

12. Data security system using passwords; the administrator does not know the user's password, and usage timestamps are recorded. Users can change passwords at any time.

13. Data security system and user access control. 13. The system includes reports of current user usage and user access restrictions. All users' login times are recorded, and all users can check and print usage reports by name and task type at any time.

14. A data security system is in place, allowing authorized users to edit data. This feature is available in version 9.9.9 G and above.

15. An administrator access control system allows for the assignment of access rights to up to 14 user categories, with the administrator remaining unaware of user passwords.

16. A system for importing and exporting data in both groups and individually is included, enabling users to create streamlined tasks with reduced typing time and improved accuracy.

17. A daily/monthly/yearly summary system is provided for management analysis, allowing administrators to view and print reports. Reduce the workload for employees by eliminating the need for these tasks.

18. Approximately 300 reports are available for employee-level users and approximately 600 reports for management-level users. There are 110 analytical graphs.

19. A system for assigning user access rights based on work group type, department, or sub-task, allowing users to perform mixed tasks. Available in V. 9.9.9 G and above.

20. A planning system for defining construction work schedules, including machinery and workers, and outlining daily work sections. Available in V. 9.9.9.9 G (M).

21. A system for automatically generating daily/monthly/yearly summaries for analysis in English. There are 19 graphs available for international management to view and print reports. Available in the included V. 9.9.9.9.9 G.

22. A data import system is included. 22. To instantly launch the system on an Excel spreadsheet containing lists of products, customers, debtors, creditors, vendors, employees, and technicians, reducing the time spent typing each item individually and enabling the system to open, record, and generate reports quickly.

23. New Normal service system: Presentation, modification, improvement, and addition of the program, and LAN linking are handled by the team via the internet.

24. Interested parties can try the program using the instructional video. TSA will install a trial version on the interested party's computer via the internet.

25. Alternatively, interested parties can download the trial version from Google Cloud and install it themselves.

Data Editor, entries can be edited but not deleted. Note: For the MIT project, item 12.) Data Editor is not available. The only person authorized to modify the data is the CEO, the developer of the Trinity program.

27.) Mr. Dulyawat Phuttakaya ,author of the Trinity Program V.1 and CEO of the MIT project, is authorized to define specific access rights for each person and each task, such as for saving, viewing, analyzing, and printing reports.
